Our Precious Community - 2024-26
Working with the Community Centre and connected Preschool, I have created a range of educational resources for community members, activities, art projects and resources for the settings.
To the left is an example of an activity sheet that was printed and provided to parents and guardians for a screen free activity during the autumn half term. The right is the beginning of the puppet project, more below.
I made hand painted a range of puppets for circle / story time activities. We decided a traditional medium was the most effective and important way to create these puppets in the world of AI and 3D animation, it creates a tactile and inspirational effect to the puppets. I made them collaging different painting segments and then scanned and digitised them in order to print multiples for different settings.
